Brandi was super thorough and a wonderful day of coordinator! She met with us a month out to nail down all the details and talking through things with her definitely helped us figure out areas that we needed to finalize. Our wedding was on a Sunday, and we couldn’t do a rehearsal in the actual venue space the night before so she came with us to do a walkthrough of the venue with most of our wedding party on Friday night as well as a full rehearsal in another room on Saturday. We had a bunch of moving pieces for the ceremony so having her there for both of those was so helpful! She did a great job on the day of making sure we weren’t handling any crises while still deferring to us if we had specific requests. She did a great job with setup and teardown and set everything up exactly the way we wanted, which was no small task! It was so nice for us and our family and friends to just enjoy our special day after all the hardwork we spent planning everything, and we felt great entrusting everything day of to Brandi and her assistant!

The flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, our sweet tables, the arch the decorations around it. Everything was BEAUTIFUL!!! I honestly couldn’t have imagined our wedding reception looking like this in my wildest dreams!! Everything from start to end of day was PERFECT!! I will never forget our wedding day. We had the wonderful COVID experience planning our wedding. This was our third date and our venue fell through a couple of weeks before our wedding. At the time we didn't have a coordinator so we reached out to Events Impossible to see if they would be up for the challenge and they definitely succeeded! We worked with Brandi and she was absolutely amazing. You would have never known our wedding was planned in a couple weeks time. Everything looked gorgeous, everyone had a great time and my wife and I had zero stress on our wedding day. Everything went flawlessly. Events Impossible made my wedding dreams come true! I was getting close to my wedding day and realized I needed more help so I reached out to them. They were amazing right from the start! From the initial meeting to the day of my wedding, they were always positive and assured me that we could make it all happen. The biggest thing I needed them for was set up and coordination on the day of the wedding. They were there on time, met with the vendors and got everything set up beautifully! We had to make some last minute changes due to the weather and they handled it with ease. The day ran on schedule and everything was so amazing!
